All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Orders and Payments

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept payments through secure payment providers available on our website. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Delivery and Turnaround Time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the selected package:

  • Gold Package: 5–10 business days

  • Platinum Package: 7–14 business days

Delivery times may vary due to project complexity, client responsiveness, or revision requests.

5. Revisions

Revisions are included with each package according to the package details. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra charges.

6. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

All music and content produced by Hoaleed LLC remains the intellectual property of Hoaleed LLC until full payment is received.

Upon completion and payment, the client is granted usage rights as outlined in the purchased package. Unauthorized resale, redistribution, or claim of authorship is prohibited unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the custom and digital nature of our services, refunds are not available once production has started. If work has not begun, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate project details

  • Respond to communications in a timely manner

  • Ensure they have the legal right to use any materials they provide

Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.

9. Limitation of Liability

Hoaleed LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if these Terms are violated or if misuse is detected.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

12. Changes to Terms

Hoaleed LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
